I have been volunteering with Mercy Ships since January 2009. Mercy Ships operates the largest non-governmental hospital ship (M/V Africa Mercy) in the world and brings free medical care to the people of West Africa. The ship is currently docked in Lome, Togo and will remain there until August.
I am a Grade One teacher - teaching the crew members children in the Academy. The Mercy Ships Academy is located on the Africa Mercy. There are about 50 students and 12 teachers from different countries.
I am a volunteer with Mercy Ships and raise my own support. If you would like to support me please
